The morning of your appointment, you’ll receive a quick text with a link to your Experience Preferences Form—a simple way to tailor your visit to exactly what you need that day.
You'll have the option to select your drink and snack preferences, share how you’re feeling, and let me know if there’s anything you’d like me to be aware of—whether it’s needing a quiet, low-energy session or wanting to talk through something in detail. This form ensures your appointment isn’t just about your hair—it’s about you.
